As someone with a dairy allergy who is also intolerant to wheat I was quite interested to read this book. I received the ebook as a free copy. I have not had a chance to try any recipes yet, but they look amazing! I am very interested to try her blend of flours as we have tried chickpea flour in some things before and were not happy with the taste. I will update this review once I have tried some of the recipes, but the book itself is very informative and has beautiful photos of the food (which I enjoy in a cookbook).
